We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. ZROH is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. ZROH is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
