WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking link.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas & Tier 3 cities: 6–9 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at zrohshop@outlook.com.

FAILED DELIVERY & UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery
- Re-delivery charges may apply
- If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued after deducting shipping costs

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at zrohshop@outlook.com.
In the rare case of a lost shipment, please reach out to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering. ZROH is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, sales events, or national holidays.
- ZROH is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
