ZROH Return & Refund Policy
14-day return window — You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order receipt
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at zrohshop@outlook.com with your order details. Do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at zrohshop@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at zrohshop@outlook.com.
